Use the right products
As easy as it is to buy cheap products, if you start to succumb to more issues as you get older it’s important to pick the right ones. Getting a moisturizer for dry skin is one of the basic, but go for the good stuff.
Don’t sleep in your makeup
If you want to block your pores, then go to bed with your makeup on! It’s always best to have a good night time routine to take your makeup off.
Pick the right cleanser
We can make a mistake in thinking that all cleansers are okay for our skin. As you get older, you’ve got to use the right cleanser for your skin type.
Change your sun care routine
You should wear sunscreen on a daily basis to protect yourself from UV rays, but also make sure that the products you use contain hydrating formulas. These are the things that will nourish your skin.
Your skin needs an adequate amount of water to keep it looking young and healthy. If you get dehydrated, you can see the effects show up in your skin. Make it a habit, as you wake up, to have a pint of water.
