Avocados are va-va-voom! Unexpectedly divine and associated with romance by the Aztecs and the Spanish – the Catholic priests found avocados so obscenely sexy they prohibited its consumption! With cancer-fighting goodness, this creamy goddess is also high in folic acid, vitamin E and B6, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids and oleic acid. Cacao is high in magnesium and iron and also contains compounds that act as stimulants believed to boost serotonin and endorphin levels in the brain that gives you a pleasurable sensation. Guilt-free and delicious, this mousse is light, fluffy and perfect as a romantic treat. Cooking Time – 5-10 mins


  • Grind cacao wafers in a blender until it forms a powder

  • Combine with the remaining ingredients
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy
  • Add a splash of water or coconut water to make a lighter mousse
  • Spoon into a bowl and allow to set in the fridge
