Vicki and I were so lucky to have attended the Beak and Sons Product Launch last night. Here we are at the beginning of the night with cocktail number one – a cheeky little number including Johnny Walker and Ginger Beer, served in a jug!
We tasted the most delicious canapes – Beak and Sons Smoky Chorizo Arancini Balls, Quail Scotch Eggs, Sausage Cassoulet and Sausage rolls. These were washed down with cocktails including Jalepeno Marguritas and Negroni. There was also a “Hot Dog” bar serving delicious Beak and Sons sausages on soft white rolls with Buttermilk Coleslaw.
The highlight of the night was a cooking demonstration by Celebrity Chef Darren Robertson of Three Blue Ducks (and co-host of Recipe to Riches). He cooked Sausages in Lemon Mustard with Pear and Baby Radish. So delicious, and a lighter way to serve sausages for a family dinner.
