Sometimes, in life, it’s easy to lose yourself. Sometimes, it’s easy to find yourself looking in the mirror, be it metaphorical or not, and not recognising the reflection staring back at you. Sometimes, it’s easy to lose control of a life you once were in complete control of. What’s more, you don’t allow these things and these demons the chance to run riot on your life when they randomly rear their head throughout the day. This technique, which is commonly known as a ‘Worrying Session’ is perfect for those who suffer with anxiety.
