  • 80ml vegetable oil
  • 800g pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Garlic Stir-In Paste 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Thai Stir-In Seasoning
  • 150ml soy sauce
  • cracked pepper to taste
  • 100ml water
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into thirds
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Coriander Stir-In Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Chilli

1)  Heat oil in a wok and add the pork, garlic and Thai Seasoning and then stir fry for 1 minute. 2) Add coriander, soy sauce, black pepper and water and continue to stir until pork is cooked. 3) Add 1 teaspoon Lightly Dried Coriander and toss in asparagus. 4) Serve with Thai noodles or plain jasmine rice and garnish with 1 teaspoon of Lightly Dried Coriander and Chilli.
