A Portuguese chicken burger on Turkish Bread is a delicious way to spice up a chicken burger but don’t worry, it is still a simple and easy dish to make and it tastes great. Portuguese seasoning can be purchased in the spice section of the supermarket or go online and buy some (like this one from Herbie’s Spices). It has great flavours of lemon and chillies. If you have young kids who are not so keen on chilli, why not leave out the Portuguese seasoning on their chicken and squeeze a little lemon over their chicken thigh while you cook it.
