My 5 year old daughter loves to cook so we decided we would search the pantry for something to make. This is so easy as all you need is 2 ingredients and a hand blender. You can always add a little chilli or garlic and impress friends or make it simple and serve with crackers and vegetables for the kids afternoon snack.
- 1 400g tin of chick peas, drained
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt & pepper to season
Place the chick peas into a bowl with the lemon juice and blend until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste and serve with rice crackers.
