Smoky Chorizo Tacos

Smoky tacos to spice up any night of the week.

  • 1 pack of Mr Beak’s Smoky Chorizo Sausages (450g)
  • 6 small flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Toppings:
  • Diced red onion
  • Sliced jalapeno
  • Gaucamole
  • Sour cream

1. Slice capsicums and sauté with olive oil

2. BBQ or pan fry chorizo sausages according to the instructions on the pack

3. Serve chorizo in tortillas with cooked capsicum and toppings
