When A Pamper Day Is Needed

A pamper day is one of the most essential parts of life, yet one of the most ignored. When you give yourself a pamper day, you can’t help but feel like you’re a new woman. You feel like you’ve been missing out on something your whole life, yet after one really good pamper session, it could be months until the next. So our first tip of the article, is to make sure you’re making time for a pamper session every week. It’s a way of winding down from a stressful day, washing away all of your troubles, and coming out the other side feeling nice and refreshed. But if you’re a novice when it comes to days like these, then you might not be doing it right, and your body could be missing out on the R&R that it deserves. So, to make sure you’re having the perfect pamper days, we’re going to talk you through some of the essentials that we think you might be missing out on, and how you can maximise the effects of the days you have!!

Going All Out

Although you definitely should be having weekly pamper days, there will come a time where you need to truly go all out, and make yourself feel fabulous through some much needed changes. One way we know how you can do that, is to go to the hairdressers. Love them or hate them, you always come out the other side feeling like a new woman, and that’s what we’re trying to achieve here. All you have to do is find hairdressers near you that are going to give you the freshest cut, and are going to cut it to the style that you want, not something totally different to what you suggested to them. You should also get your nails done on the same day if you can. Getting your nails done makes you feel so glamorous, and couple that with a new hair do and you might even feel like painting the town red!

The Pamper Essentials

But for the weekly pamper sessions, you don’t need to be going out and about to make yourself feel fab, there are some simple things that you can do at home to give your skin and hair what it needs. So we think there’s a routine you should follow. The first is to have a lovely bath, and give your skin a scrub with your choice of skin scrub. Shaving everywhere also helps you to feel brand new, and there’s no better time to do it than on your pamper day. Wash your hair and leave a hair mask in for as long as required, and it will feel silky soft. You should also use one of the nose strips to get out and dirt that’s left over. Once you’re out and moisturised, bar your face, you can put on any face mask that you have, and sit down and relax. Just doing those things is all you need to do!
